Comprehensive service for solving customer challenges in the field of drilling and blasting operations. Over the past 15 years, NITRO SIBERIA JSC has completed more than 40 research projects (engineering) aimed at improving the quality of drilling and blasting operations at mining enterprises.

Frequently Solved Tasks:

• Justification of drilling and blasting parameters
• Ensuring maximum yield of useful fraction or average piece of blasted rock mass
• Reducing oversize output
• Minimizing over-crushing
• Determining effective delay intervals

To solve the above tasks, NITRO SIBERIA JSC operates the Department of Blasting Technology Development.

Main Engineering Stages:

1. Determining actual physical and structural properties of the rock mass using the photoplanimetric module of the NITRO SIBERIA software complex, hardware for quality control of blasted rock mass, and rock laboratory.
2. Determining rational drilling and blasting parameters that meet the quality requirements for blasted rock mass according to the Customer's Technical Specifications.
3. Preparing Reports/Recommendations for the Customer on developed drilling and blasting parameters.
4. Supporting the Customer's pilot drilling and blasting operations and hardware analysis of actual blasting results.
